Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next working day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery: orders are received within 14 days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside our home country, your local customs authority may charge duties, taxes, or handling fees on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional cost may apply). If tracking shows your package as lost, email us at globalkits26@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
